You can choose weekly or fortnightly session. Book your first session today. During your Online Couples Therapy Program you will learn how to : Learn how to : Manage your own daily stress levels - triggers and reactions Release the energy of past pain hurts and betrayal Non violent communication in relationship Self Love and Self Care Love and connection in relationship Create healthy boundaries Communicate clearly your needs Remember and experience fun and joy with each other Open your heart to giving and receiving love and know what that is Rekindle your love and passion for each other ​ Taking TIME out of your everyday life to focus on your relationship is one of the most important investment into your future. We can all make excuses we don't have enough TIME 2 hours a week for 12 weeks is a short time towards a lifetime of a healthy happy relationship. You will be free to rediscover your connection in relationships remembering why you chose each other. ​ Note : This is not counselling, this is a program that provides you both practical tools to move forward in your relationship.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48hours prior to your appointment, all cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee and within 12 hours of your appointment time there will be no refund
