DO YOU HAVE SHOULDER and NECK PAIN? THE MOST EASY AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO REDUCE STRESS is....

DROP YOUR SHOULDERS!

Did you know that if you focus on dropping your shoulders at least 4-5 times a day you will de-activate your body going into adrenal stress?

WHY? Because it is impossible for the body to be in a state of adrenal stress when you drop your shoulders. When you are triggered into a stress response, simply by thinking of a traumatic event or a situation that triggers strong emotions, the first thing that happens to your body is the muscles tense up and you will notice that your shoulders rise.

This is the very reason so many people are complaining of shoulder and neck pain. You are activated into adrenal stress and your muscles are in a tense position sometimes hours at a time. This creates stress on the muscles resulting in pain in the body. Your muscles are not designed to be in a tense position for long periods of time. The more you can focus on relaxing your shoulders and muscles, the more you reduce stress so your body can heal itself. Often just the process of being aware of when your shoulders are tense is a start. Four to five times a day, when driving to work, sitting at your desk or even when you think you are relaxing watching TV, notice how often your body is tense. This is placing stress on your muscles, placing your body in adrenal stress. When you notice this...

DROP YOUR SHOULDERS, consciously, at least 4-5 times a day and notice when your body is in adrenal stress/tense and when it is not.
